Fun, but challenging, our 30 minute high intensity interval training class is one badass workout! A metabolic class that works every energy system yields a major calorie burn in just 30 minutes of work or less. We provide and employ a state of the art heart rate monitoring system to ensure you move through all of the ideal fat burning zones during class. Clients can expect to burn more calories than a typical 1 hour workout. Because we utilize low impact training tools, this class is appropriate for any and all fitness levels. Clients can expect to use and train on a wide variety of equipment with various work to rest interval ranges. Please arrive 10 minutes early, ready for a great workout!Towels and water will be provided, but please bring your own water bottle. We look forward to helping you get fit!
